I am an orthodontist grown up with the clear idea in my mind that our job is making people's life better by improving their smile, both esthetically and functionally. I had the chance to know a lot of wonderful teachers and colleagues during my career and everyone of them could add a little piece of the puzzle that today sum up my professional and human skills. I'm also interested in management and I think that being a team leader is one of the most wonderful experiences you could have in your life: managing people is absolutely more difficult than managing teeth movement and it's a daily challenge but it's really worth it!
